Delivery & Shipping 

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of being placed, subject to stock availability, payment and any government enforced restrictions, such as those experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a small business, we may from time to time, take a short break. We promise to always make this clear on our website with reasonable notice. 

Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

  • England, Wales and Scotland Next Day Delivery - £11.00

    At the moment, we are able to ship to the following countries in Europe: 

    • Republic of Ireland - 3 to 7 working days - £15.00
    • France, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, NCzech Republic, Poland, Hungary - 3 to 10 working days - £22.00

    Duty & Taxes

    Please note that we do not cover any duties or taxes levied on your purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover all duties and import taxes. We recommend that you check your country's government website to find out what the likely costs will be before placing your order with us. For any EU orders where delivery is refused, we will deduct any return charges that we incur plus the customs duty and EU VAT from your final refund, including the shipping fee. Please note that this does not affect your refund if you accept delivery and return at a later date as per our returns policy. 

    After you've placed your order

    Once you place your order, we will email you with a summary of your order details. Please do check your delivery address and let us know immediately if there is an error. Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery details once your order has been despatched. 
    You will receive a further email once your order has been shipped with details of how to track your order.

    Returns & Exchanges 

    We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt of goods. For international orders, we offer an increased returns period of 45 days. We aim to process all returns & exchanges within 7 days of receiving. 

    We strongly believe in promoting mindful consumption and minimising the carbon footprint of our garments, and therefore we proactively aim to reduce the need to return Berjoan product. To support this, we have decided not to offer a free returns service, and in conjunction, provide as much information about our products on our website as possible. If you have any questions about our products and are unable to find the answers on our website, please do get in touch at We would love to hear from you and are more than happy to help with any queries or feedback you may have. 

    1 – Email and we will send you our Returns & Exchanges Form which needs to be completed and included with your returned item/s. 

    2 – Post your return using your chosen courier using a trackable service to:

    We would encourage our customers to re-use the original packaging and use a reputable fully-tracked courier service such as those offered by Royal Mail when returning any items. Please include your invoice and the completed returns form with your return. We advise that you obtain a postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing returns.  

    3 – You will be notified by email once we have received and processed your return. Returns will only be accepted when unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with the original tags and labels attached. Any returns that are damaged, worn, washed, soiled or returned without the original tags and labels attached may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. We have a stringent quality control process, and all orders are individually checked before being shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at and we will gladly arrange to replace the item at our cost. 

    4 – Once we have received and processed your refund, you will be credited back the full amount to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to clear in your account. Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping charges or any duties and taxes.

    5 – If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email us at with your exchange request so that we can check the stock availability and put the stock aside for you. Please return your item by the usual returns process as described above. Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will arrange to despatch your replacement item within 7 days. You will not need to pay for further shipping for your replacement item. 
    Please note that we can only offer an exchange for a different size of the same style and colourway of your original purchase. Only in the case that your desired size is not in stock, we will fully refund you for the returned item and offer you free shipping for an alternative replacement style.
